Kitchen bakes is a family owned and managed business established in 1986. The business operates from it's premises at the Mahon Industrial Estate in Portadown and specialises in the production of an extensive range of fresh and frozen bakery products.
At Kitchen Bakes, we are commited to manufacturing sweet and savoury bakes, providing our customers with a high quality range of products which offer convenience. We currently supply supermarkets, convenience stores, coffee shops, delicatessen and catering companies. Our products are designed to be delivered in catering or in retail packs. Kitchen Bakes invests in Rondo Puff Pastry Machine
As part of Kitchen Bakes recent innovation strategy, the company has invested in a top of the range Rondo Puff Pastry machine. Previously sausage rolls were produced individually by hand however demand for Kitchen Bakes sausage rolls has continued to soar. This machine has more than tripled the company's production capacity.
A new reperate temperature controlled room has been dedicated to sausage roll production. This ensures a constant temperature of 10oC from the assembling of ingredients to the storage of the final product. Given the layout of the room, transfer time from mixing to freezer only amounts to a few minutes!
This investment has resulted in considerable benefits for Kitchen Bakes' current customers. Not only has our quality been maintained throughout, uniformity is guaranteed in each individual product. This is an area of the business that is expected to expand all over Ireland in the coming year.

Kitchen Bakes recently revamped their image by re-branding everything from their company logo to label and van designs. Kitchen Bakes has become renowned for producing quality products since it's establishment in 1986 and this is reflected in the new quality logo. Kitchen bakes' previous label has been present in stores all over Northern Ireland for the past seven, years, however the new company's rebranding is expected to bring even more success for customers and the company itself in the coming months.
The Colours chosen for the label really are a true reflection of Kitchen Bakes. The burgundy tone was chosen for it's richness, gold for it's association with excellence and white for it's purity highlighting the fact that only the best ingredients are used. These three colours combined will appeal to customers from a distance, drawing attention from the outset. The format used adds to the versatility of the label, given that it can be used for all products. The font used for the company name captures the modern approach that the company has adopted in it's recent innovation strategy.
